Marriott Vacations Worldwide Talent Acquisition Team Awarded Recruitment Team of the Year by HRO Today

JANUARY 17, 2024 – Orlando, Fla. – Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is proud to share its Talent Acquisition team has been awarded Recruitment Team of the Year: Hospitality during the HRO Today Association Awards, an annual recognition program that exemplifies the essential work of HR professionals.

Last year, MVW’s Talent Acquisition team launched its new talent brand, For a Life, Fulfilled, to tell the story of what it is like to work for MVW – a diverse and inclusive environment, a sense of welcoming, supportive leadership, great benefits, opportunities to grow, and more; all things that, for people who become MVW associates, lead to a Life, Fulfilled.

In addition, the Talent Acquisition team launched two rebranded career websites, which led to increases in website traffic, U.S. applicant flow, hiring event applications, and resumes from Indeed.com.

These major successes, among many others in 2023, showcase the team’s effective strategies in growing MVW globally.
